Sponsorship and Advertising Opportunities

Mini Meet West relies on you, our supporters, to help us present a fun and memorable event for all. As the first Mini Meet West presented by both a classic Mini club and a new MINI club, this promises to be the biggest Mini Meet West ever. This will provide an excellent venue for you to thank current customers and reach potential new customers.

If Mini owners and enthusiasts are your core market, we think you will find these opportunities to be an excellent value.

Sponsorships: As an event sponsor for Mini Meet West, you will provide a special level of support for our Meet, and in return, you will receive your name on that event, and an ad in the event program. You may also team with others to co-sponsor an event. The events available for sponsorship and the costs of sponsorship are shown on the attached form.

Event Program Advertising: Advertising in our event program is available at a variety of prices, shown on the attached form. Every Mini Meet entrant will receive a copy of this program. The Mini Meet program will be a minimum of 28 pages, featuring color photos and ads. There will be articles about each event, plus other articles of interest to Mini owners. Advertising in the program enables your business to reach scores of Mini and other automotive fanatics across the U.S. and Canada, many of whom will save their programs for years to come. Approximately 500 programs will be distributed.

Goody Bag and Door Prize Items: Every Mini Meet entrant will receive a goody bag. Sponsors or advertisers are welcome to send 300 Mini/MINI or automobile related items to be added to our goody bags. In addition, child related items are welcome. Special items that would be appropriate as door prizes would also be appreciated.

Silent Auction or Raffle: In order to help defray the cost of the Mini Meet, we are planning a silent auction or raffle. We are looking for donations of higher value items for this event.

Vendor Space: In addition to advertising and sponsorship opportunities, vendor spaces are available for you to sell your products at the Mini Meet. There are a limited number of spaces available on a first come, first served basis. All vending space will be outdoors. Electrical hook-ups are not available. All registered vendors are allowed to vend throughout the event. The rate for vendor space is $100 for a 10’ by 20’ space – up to two spaces can be purchased by a vendor.
